Focus on the relationship between your core strength and open shoulders. Our yoga practice often asks us to have our arms overhead, but rarely do we learn how to do this sustainably. This class uses myofascial release, a bit of core work, and a lot of attention to detail to build a deeper internal awareness around the health and mobility of the shoulders. Recommended prop: 1 block.
