This practice with Ashley is designed to bring awareness to your core and help you engage the muscles in your deep low belly. Move intentionally throughout the practice, which builds into strong work in standing hip-opening poses such as Warrior 2, Tree Pose, and Half Moon. All of these poses aim to release the lower back and tight muscles, such as the hip flexors. The practice is balanced with some closing work that stretches the outer hips and allows space for you to rest deeply in savasana or sit in meditation. Props Recommended: 2 Blocks and a Strap
