You’ll be guided through a flowing practice that will open up your heart and build strength in your arms, perfect for twisting, chest openings, and arm balances. Starting on your back, awaken your body and mind before moving into a strong standing sequence. Throughout the practice, you’ll be invited to focus on the blissful opening of your chest and building strength in your upper back, shoulder and arms.. Finally, you’ll end with seated wrist and hip openers, perfect for sinking into a state of meditation and relaxation.
