Sun A & Sun B Variations with Cardio. Ascending ladder: Push-Ups, Bicep Curls, Squats, Lunges. Flow through Rows, Front Raises, Deadlifts, Squats, Fallen Triangle Snatch, Overhead Triceps, Curtsy Lunges, Split Squats and Mountain Climbers.
