Join Maya for an alignment based flow practice to create space in your upper middle back and shoulders. Poses include: core work, lunge variations , sun salutations, standing poses, balance poses, Virabhadrasana 1 (warrior 1 pose), backbends, Ustrasana (camel pose), and more. Recommended props: 1-2 yoga blocks, 1 yoga blanket or towel
