Paying attention to what grounds us we find a lot of space. Seated meditation leads to sun salutes and standing poses. Lots of options to arm balance thrown in. We take deep twists at the end. Lot of focus on BREATH and paying attention to the TOP of the inhale and bottom of the exhale. We end with CORE, Backbends and inversions. 2 block.
