Join Maya for an intermediate-advanced flow practice to open your hips and stabilize your core in preparation for backbends. Poses include: sun salutations A and B, standing poses, balance poses, Ardha Chandrasana (half moon pose), core work, arm balances, Parsvottanasana (pyramid pose), Hanumanasana (splits), backbends including Urdhva Dhanurasana, and more. Optional props: 1-2 yoga blocks, blanket, 1 yoga belt
