Join Maya for a mindful intermediate level flow practice to lengthen and strengthen the sides of your body. Poses include: sun salutations, standing poses, Ardha Chandrasana (half moon pose), balance poses, Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana B (standing hand to big toe pose), arm balances, core work, Vasisthasana variations (side plank pose), backbends, Dhanurasana (bow pose), seated twists, and more. Recommended props: 1-2 yoga blocks, blanket or towel for sitting
