This practice with Ashley is designed to bring awareness and relief to your lower back. Move intentionally throughout the practice, which builds into strong work in standing hip-opening poses such as Warrior 2, Extended Side Angle, and Half Moon. All of these poses aim to release the lower back and tight muscles, such as the hip flexors. The practice is balanced with some closing work at the wall to stretch and restore the muscles that were exercised. You are invited to take a long savasana to enhance your day ahead.
