This class focuses on 3 aspects of the body: Where to soften and let go, where to strengthen and engage and the breath’s Inhales/Exhales. It’s very well rounded however I bring a lot of attention to the LEGS engaging and opening. It’s got a few surprises thrown in as well to keep you PRESENT!
