Join Maya for a mindful intermediate-level practice to open your hips and shoulders in preparation for full Natarajasana (dancer’s pose). Other poses include: lunge variations, sun salutations, standing poses, Virabhadrasana 1 (warrior 1 pose), core work, Navasana (boat pose), shoulder openers, backbends, Dhanurasana (bow pose), seated twists, and more. Recommended props: 1-2 yoga blocks, 1 yoga belt
