This practice focuses on opening up and bringing awareness to the sides of your body though gentle, mindful explorations through side bends, hip openers, and shoulder openers. This is a great one if you tend to carry chronic tension in the low back, knees, or neck. Recommended props: 1 ball, 1 block, 1 strap/towel, something to sit on.
