Join Maya for an intermediate flow practice exploring the relationship between creating length, breathing more fully, and twisting in various orientations to the floor. Poses include: Sun Salutations A, Standing Poses, Balance Poses, Standing Twists, Parsva Bakasana (Twisting Crow), Core Work, Dhanurasana (Bow Pose), and more. Recommended props: 1-2 yoga blocks, 1 yoga belt for tight shoulders.
